• Designed for use with EZ Adapt Series components.

• Provides 12.6mm offset when combined with:

  • 1721T

  • 1214T & 1214S

  • 1221S

  • 1223T

• When paired with 1705T, it functions as an offset double-ended adaptor.

• Set screws must be torqued and thread locker applied after alignment is finalized.
